VISITORS

Visit Laurenshaven terminal
You can (temporarily) park your car outside the checkpoint. Visitors must register at our gatehouse. After checking your ID you will receive a visitor’s badge which allows you to enter our terminal. You also receive safety regulations and a map of our terminal. Our security officer will give you instructions where to park your car and how to get to your destination.

Visit Europoort terminal
At the entrance of our Europoort terminal, the gateway and barrier is being operated by our security officer at the Laurenshaven terminal. Please use the intercom to gain access to our terminal. Our security officer will give you instructions where to park your car and how to get to your destination.

Ship visitors and ship suppliers must report again at the intercom which is halfway the walking bridge to the sea jetty. After checking your ID in the scanner, you will get access to the sea jetty.

Prior to the work
Contractors must report to their client for extensive safety instruction and to obtain a work permit. You can download the entire document below.

Visit to the Laurenshaven terminal
On arrival you park the car in the parking lot. Then you report to the security officer with a valid ID. After checking your data, you will receive a visitor’s pass with which you can enter the terminal. The security officer will provide you with the safety rules and, based on a map, explain where to park the car and how to walk to your destination.

Visit to the Europoort terminal
The entrance gate and barrier at the Europoort terminal are operated from the Laurenshaven terminal. Visitors must report via the intercom. The security officer will speak to you and will explain where to park the car and how to get to your destination.

If you are visiting a ship, you must report again via the intercom at the pier with a valid ID. Your ID will be checked via the passport scanner before you can access the pier.

During the work
Please adhere to the permit requirements;
you supervise the activities;
ensures order and tidiness of the work area.

After the work
Log out and hand in the work permit to the issuer;
leave the workplace tidy and clean;
the activities are evaluated with the supervisor / client.
